yourfit is a dedicated personal training and fitness service offered by David Enticott who provides clients with personalised exercise programmes which are specifically tailored to their individual needs. your fit works together with clients as a team, developing and enhancing your training and nutrition programme so that you not only meet but continually exceed your personal targets, goals and expectations.
David Enticott


David Enticott BA (Hons) is a Certified Advanced Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Certified Weight Management and Nutrition advisor, Certified Boxercise and Kettlebell Instructor and a member of the European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREP’S).
He enjoys and participates in many sports notably Snowboarding, Surfing and Football. Having completed winter seasons snowboarding in the French and Austrian Alps and summer seasons surfing in South West France, David has particular knowledge regarding snow and surf fitness.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the West of England.
yourfit Training Philosophy
David aims to act as a carrier of fitness knowledge, enthusiasm and motivation and to ensure that this is 100% channeled and focussed into all clients at all times. The result of this commitment ensures David is in the best possible position to meet, achieve and exceed client personal goals and expectations. yourfit will provide you with a sound programme that is specifically tailored to your needs now, and we’ll amend it so that it grows with you as you progress and your needs change.
The programme you will receive from yourfit is a comprehensive lifestyle plan. Training will include instruction in resistance work, cardiovascular conditioning, nutrition (WITHOUT fad dieting!) and flexibility. For those of you wishing to train with a particular sport or activity in mind the programme will include elements of functional (sport specific) training.
You can expect the results of such programming to reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and improve your cardiovascular system. You will become more energetic in daily life, more skilled and agile in your specific sport and your chances of heart disease, diabetes and other illness associated with lack of movement will be dramatically reduced. To get these results David will need your cooperation, enthusiasm, steady attendance and commitment. David will also need your feedback to fine tune your workouts because after all this is YOUR training. We will work together.
